VIRTUAL CAMP INTREPID

unnamed (1)

In a fun and creative virtual environment, students develop theatre skills, gain confidence and develop social skills through collaboration and performance. Our teaching artists will lead young actors through the development of a play, including character work, dance, and song!

Virtual Camp is a fun and engaging experience filled with theatre games and the excitement of rehearsing a performance. Each camper will receive a role and they’ll learn how to develop a character and how to act for the camera.

Each session will culminate in an edited-together movie performance for our campers to share with their family and friends. Camp Intrepid will be conducted through Zoom (a free online video platform). All your camper will need is a computer, ipad or smartphone and a wifi or cellular connection. No other supplies or materials will be needed to participate. Please note, these are adapted creative reimaginings of familiar stories.

Virtual Camp Intrepid programs are $100 per week ($20/day). Scholarships are available to ensure that every child is able to participate, regardless of circumstances. Maximum enrollment for each camp program is 18 campers. To request a scholarship, please email christy@intrepidtheatre.org for more information.
